1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using Hectocorn AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You may use our API gateway and AI services solely for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass usage limits
• Share your API keys with unauthorized third parties
• Overload or disrupt our infrastructure

3. Credits and Billing

New accounts receive 300 welcome credits at no charge. Additional credits may be purchased at any time. Credits are non-refundable once consumed by API calls. Purchased credits expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

4. Data Privacy

We collect and process only the data necessary to provide our services. Request content (images, text) is forwarded to third-party AI providers and is not stored beyond the duration of each request. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or upstream API errors.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Remaining credits are non-refundable upon voluntary closure.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Registered users will be notified of material changes via email.
